[00:00] [Music] I'm starting to do one of these new videos where, you know, you can see my face. I don't know if people want to see my face or not, but we'll try it out. I'm here at one of my new listings off of New Haven Circle. It's in uh Sun City Center in the Kings Point community. It
[00:16] is a 55 and up 55 and up community. So, just keep that in mind. But it is a very, very big and popular one down here. It's very large. Lots of amenities, lots of things to do, lots of people here. Take a look inside. So, we have screens basically on every entrance of this
[00:32] property. I should say home. It's a twobedroom, two bath with a water view. Today, we opened everything up. It's a very nice day here in Florida. Sunny Florida. Living room, dining room, and we have kitchen right there. So, it's a kind of an open floor plan. Lots
[00:55] of things you can do here to make this your own. You can paint the counter, the cabinets, you can replace the countertops, but uh this place is completely livable and in great condition right now. Um got laundry right here. [Music]
